Last night a dream as an enforcement officer within a security company, that is in charge of securing Northridge Mall, in Salinas. Once they are about to close the doors for the night when this takes place, there is reports of an ongoing search for a many by the name of Jovanovich, who apparently is important in some sense of the word.
Before the actual search, takes place, I find myself meeting with a girl who offers me some sort of cutters, small metal pieces, though the actual value was not really disclosed I ended up picking them up and beginning the search for Jovanovich. Only my partner within the company knew about that transaction, or so I thought.
The search continued, as the mall closed down for the night, to synchronize our efforts each carried a small radio that enabled each to keep in constant touch in case something come up, which is also why I would communicate my progress step by step. Even when I reached a staircase, made of fine wood, that was polished nicely except for the fact that the standard issue shoes did not have a good soul for this so upon the first step I slipped and begin sliding down the stairs by standing on my feet, like water skiing without the boat or the water. I made it down safe so that was an improvement, and the journey continued onward.
The search continued, as I did a thorough search of this bottom floor of the mall, to no avail, and so I continued walking out into the parking lot, heading towards a fountain in the middle of the parking lot. There was the wanted fugitive Jovanovich, he came without a fight until we neared the building when at that point he started to fight, trying to get away, trying to escape. I held strong because I knew I had to, take the steps in the right direction and insure he does not get away. By holding him in line I was able to get him where he needed to go. It was at that time the realization of the truth came out, when I noticed that others in the company had a rather peculiar interest in Jovanovich, and there was mention of the cutters, yet I only understood they were between only three people.
The realization, that it was a setup put me in defensive mode, and I stepped away taking my partner and the prisoner a different direction away from those who are corrupted by these cutters. It appears to me there is much more to the story then there was before, it is to bad that after this set of events the day begun and I awoke from this dream.
