Dream Sessions - Explored & Explained Part 1

After awaking at 8a this morning, after going to sleep at 3a the night before I started thinking, Dream Sessions is a relatively new blog I just started recently in a transition period, and I got to wondering what does Dream Sessions mean?

Well to start let me just offer some background on who I am and my own experiences, the idea of a dream is to exist in a virtual verse, and really that is exactly what it is, a place of control through awareness. A springboard to a new experience and new opportunities to Focus Forward through life. To expand the awareness I offer this article and more that is coming soon. From this virtual environment this article is written.

I find myself in a wide open expanse of space, that even goes beyond that, into a verse full of possibilities and viable experiences, the possibilities within your own mind from this springboard with a dream session. To explore both the dark and light of your unconscious person, through the awareness that you are within a dream verse.

Using simple clues about things or items around, looking at something, looking away and looking back it will change. Often when in a dream session using such a hint offers you a necessary clue. As that item will always change when within a dream, through the elasticity of of a true verse which you can control and modify to how you choose fit. The flexibility that would enable you to take the reins of your white stallion or see the most amazing landscape ever in your minds eye. Secure in the knowledge that you can make it what you want and the ability to find clarity through the session.

You may interpret a "session" in relation to sitting on a couch and talking with a psychiatrist, though it can be true do not limit the scope so much. A dream session could also be when you are laying on the bed and have reached the heralded REM(Rapid Eye Movement) phase. It is the specific point of sleep that dreams occur most vividly. This same phase also means you are resting well as sound sleep is key to be rested and to write down your dreams in the morning making quite the difference. Not to mention the fact that such a point is important to experience for a restful sleep.

The images that would be rendered in a REM session, can also be directed by considering the last thing you put in your mind before you fell asleep. So consider what is the challenge you are trying to face and make sure that is the last thing in your mind. Meaning in simpler terms, consider the issue you are dealing with in the conscious mind, the situation you want to solve. In that action you offer up the challenge you are facing, to a deeper process that is really without limitation and stretches beyond any self imposed challenges through the conscious mind. The conscious tends to attempt to stop it before it starts, based on pre imposed limitations. Such as taboo issues, based on traditionally held views that have been programmed into your conscious mind from the first day you entered this earth. As a child you trust your care to your mother or father, the problem is they have many preset notions about how you should exist in the world. For the better or the worst, we are a direct result of the programming that our parents placed within our minds.

To put that in simpler terms, from the early years of childhood, you have a keyboard on your person, this keyboard is the hard coding your parents have placed in you. That is not to say you cannot change, only to speak the facts that have made you and I who we are today.

The wonder of it, we each have a choice how we become once we leave the nest, to use a well known cliche. When we as people have taken that first step, to get out of home, away from the frustrations that are often par for the course through life. So in that I hope I have offered a bit of insight into what Dream Sessions is to be, any suggestions are comments offer them below.
